Company

MASS is a Miami construction management and advisory firm specializing in multifamily, mixed use, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, office tenant improvements, and urban infill development projects. We partner with owners, developers, architects, investors, and public agencies to plan, manage, and deliver complex real estate projects from early feasibility through design, permitting, and construction.

We serve as owner’s representatives, development advisors, construction managers, and general contractors, supporting projects from early stage feasibility, pre construction planning, and permitting through construction and closeout. This integrated approach allows us to align stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and maintain control over cost, schedule, and quality.

Founded by professionals with backgrounds in architecture and construction, MASS operates at the intersection of design and execution, ensuring projects are buildable, cost effective, and aligned with real world constraints while preserving design intent.

Through strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and permitting coordination, we help clients navigate zoning approvals, design review boards, and entitlement processes in South Florida.

Our work includes the restoration of the Citizens Bank Building in Overtown, recognized with the 2024 Florida Preservation Award, the repositioning of Miami Tower, recognized by BOMA in 2026, and the adaptive redevelopment of the Kush Building in Wynwood.

We work with a diverse roster of local and national clients, including East End Capital, PLC Investments, Kush Hospitality Group, Lyft, Ralte, and Cain International.

MASS is led by CEO Zion Mass, who earned two master’s degrees from the University of Florida in Architecture and Construction Management. That training shapes the firm’s collaborative approach and commitment to delivering complex projects. Zion holds a GC license, LEED AP certification, & an SBE designation with the City of Miami.
